Go beyond the basic work place assessment and learn how to evaluate data for ergonomic risks. Instead of just rendering an opinion based on a handful of observations, support your professional opinion with quantifiable facts. This practical, hands on course gives you the tools to take your ergonomic assessments to the next level. Learn how to determine whether a lift is actually safe or whether repetitive reaching is actually too repetitive. More than just biomechanics, this course will show you how to measure and evaluate the impact of environmental and cognitive factors.

  • How to perform a NIOSH Lift Equation
  • How to perform a Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA)
  • How to measure and evaluate lighting, sound, temperature, and vibration
  • What acceptable standards are, and why.
  • How to problem solve to get to a root cause and a solution.
